When you book a call
WhatYour name, work email, MGA, role, anything you write in the form, and the time you choose.
WhyTo set up the call and prepare for it. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Where it goesIt becomes an event in our Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invite with a Google Meet link.
How long[retention period, for example 12 months after the call], then deleted, unless we go on to work together.

When you visit
SecurityCloudflare hosts the site and protects the booking form. To stop misuse we keep your IP address and the email you book with in short-lived counters, deleted automatically within two days.
AnalyticsOnly if you allow it, we use Apollo to see which companies visit. Apollo sets cookies. If you say no, it never loads. You can change your mind at any time:
ElsewhereNothing else. No advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share your details.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for analytics. Email contact@karasuintelligence.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
